Jeskell Acquires RS Computer Associates (RSCA)
Acquisition establishes Jeskell as the leader in delivering Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions to hundreds of public and commercial clients across North America

San Jose, CA, November 17, 2009—Jeskell, Inc., a complete IT solution provider and top-tier IBM Premier Business Partner, announced today that it has acquired RS Computer Associates, LLC., a leading provider of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions, recognized for their expertise in ECM technologies, including document imaging, content management, process management, optical character recognition, data conversion, and migration.

In addition to ECM solutions, the acquisition gives Jeskell the exclusive US distribution rights to a powerful software user interface known as OpenWorkdesk by WeWebU. The user interface provides a unique solution differentiator to all IBM ECM FileNet, CM8, and CMOD customers.

Jeskell will add the two principals of RSCA, Rakesh Shah, founder, and Mike Ciccarelli, along with their entire team of experts. Rakesh will take on the role as Director of the ECM Practice and Mike will fill the Business Development position, focused on building off the history of RSCA's success, and expanding the ECM business leveraging the strength and reach of Jeskell.
