Bill Gleich came to Jeskell after 31 years with IBM. He is an active president who monitors opportunities, projects and customer relationships to ensure the company runs smoothly and exceeds partners’ and clients’ expectations. At IBM, Bill worked as a systems engineer, health systems specialist and instructor in sales education. Additionally, he held various sales management positions in IBM's public-sector organization and later served as manager of channel programs for IBM's federal division. Bill graduated from the Ohio State University, where he earned degrees in history and economics.

Greg Lefelar joined Jeskell in 2005 after a 24-year career at IBM. He is responsible for Jeskell's sales in government, education and commercial markets nationwide. During his tenure at IBM, Greg held responsibilities in both systems engineering and sales. Before joining Jeskell, he was the IBM Federal Power Systems Business Unit Executive, and previously he held sales management positions as the leader of the IBM Federal Supercomputing team and the IBM Federal Civilian Agencies team. Greg holds a B.A. from Wake Forest University.
Vice President of Engineering
Tim LaLone joined Jeskell in 2008 after a successful 20-year career at IBM and eight years with Unisys. He is responsible for Jeskell's nationwide software sales and engineering services. He has held various positions throughout his career, previously serving as a Software Systems Engineer, Program Manager, Enterprise Software Sales Associate, Software Sales Manager, and Jeskell's VP of Enterprise Content Management. Tim holds a B.S. in mathematics from Eastern Nazarene College in Massachusetts.

Todd Morris joined Jeskell in 2013 after a 26-year career at IBM. He is responsible for sales in Jeskell’s growth areas. During his tenure at IBM, Todd held many different positions, including Director, Worldwide Power Systems Sales and Director, Power Systems Sales for Middle East/Africa/Central Europe. Todd graduated from Brigham Young University and holds an M.S. from Georgetown University.
Vice President of Strategic Initiatives
Tony Celeste brings three decades’ experience delivering mission-enabling IT solutions to the federal market, and over two decades of leading and building high performing teams. Tony has held senior sales leadership positions at Brocade Communications, Iron Bow Technologies (formerly Apptis), Xiotech, SGI, and Digital Equipment Corporation. He brings a wealth of IT industry diversity to the Jeskell team. Tony holds a B.S. in business and management from the University of Maryland.
Storage Systems Practice Director
Russell Schneider is the Storage Systems Practice Director at Jeskell Systems, LLC. With more than 30 years as an IT storage specialist, he has deep expertise in industry-leading storage technologies and best practices. Russ is a thought leader, speaker, computer industry entrepreneur, and complex storage architect and implementer. He works tirelessly to educate Jeskell customers on the latest topics and tactics in enterprise storage. Russ frequently speaks on a variety of storage practices ranging from data center workload relocation, to backup and recovery, to enterprise data encryption, and more. In 2013, he accepted IBM’s leadership award for Federal Storage Partner of the Year on behalf of Jeskell Systems, and was a software defined storage panelist at the IBM Fast Data Forum in 2014. He lives in California with his wife but travels frequently to visit customers and grandchildren nationwide.
